Garland CK4530053 Clamshell Grill Vapour Shield Kit

The Garland CK4530053 Clamshell Grill Vapor Shield Kit redirects rising steam and cooking smoke away from adjacent surfaces during heated operation. Its shaped barrier captures moisture upward and guides it toward the designated exhaust path, reducing direct movement around the cooking zone. This kit fits around the upper section of the clamshell grill, attaching to the specified mounting points above the cooking surface. The included parts form the intended vapor-control arrangement. This part is used in clamshell grills where overhead steam management is required during active cooking cycles and repeated opening or closing.
