Description

The Pitco PP10032 Fryer Drain Line Gasket Sleeve seals the connection around a drain passage, preventing liquid from escaping at the joint. As used cooking oil moves through the discharge line the sleeve sits against adjoining surfaces and closes the space around the connection. It fits around the drain line at the point where tubing or piping meets the fryer outlet. The gasket material compresses between mating surfaces forming a sealed interface around the passage.
