The Globe U01211069001 Fryer ODS Flame Protection monitors the pilot flame and interrupts the gas supply when the flame is no longer detected, supporting control of fuel flow during system operation. Designed for natural gas systems, it is compatible with GF15G/GF30G models and operates with the gas safety circuit to support normal ignition and burner operation. It is installed within the pilot and gas control assembly of commercial fryers, where it senses the presence of the flame during use, and it supports maintaining gas control and secure equipment operation.
