Globe XXBEAT-30 Planetary Mixers Aluminum Flat Beater 30 Quart

The Globe XXBEAT-30 Planetary Mixer Aluminum Flat Beater 30 Quart works by rotating on its own axis while at the same time circulating the stationary bowl to ensure complete ingredient mixing. The flat paddle can be used to mix heavy batters, frostings, and mashed vegetables in all areas of the mixing vessel. The attachment is directly attachable to the agitator shaft of a suitable 30-quart mixer using a pin-and-groove system. Made of cast aluminum, this is an essential part that gives the required surface area that is properly mixed without any requirement for manual scraping in the commercial food preparation process.
