The Groen 096959 Steam Jacketed Kettle Probe and Sensor watch the water level by sensing conductivity changes or contact between the sensing points in the chamber of fluid during its operation cycles. When there is a fluctuation in water levels, it will transmit electrical signals to the control system for regular monitoring of jacket fluid condition and instantaneous updating of levels. This part is typically placed on either the wall of a kettle jacket or the section where water is stored inside a commercial kettle to realise accurate detection with probe position.
