Description

The Groen 100573 Jacketed Kettle Tangent Draw-Off Valve Kit 2" is created to regulate the amount of liquid that is released out of a frypot through a tangent draw-off mechanism that properly directs the contents. It works on the concept of opening and closing the valve to enable the product to be drained accurately and with minimal agitation of the product inside. This is mounted directly onto the outlet of the kettle and provides a flow between the cooking vessel and the receiving one and fits into the existing system with 2-inch connections.
