Description

The Groen 137894 Thermostat Kit is a temperature controller that monitors the amount of heat present and the amount of electrical current flowing to the heating coils. Once the predetermined temperature is attained, the thermostat will cut the circuit and again restart when the temperature falls below the set point. It is fitted in compatible TDH and TDB series cooking equipment and is usually built into the control linked to the heating system. It controls the regular temperature swings in operation, with internal parts to keep the required heat level during commercial cooking operations.
