Groen 143879 Steamer Door Gasket SSB-10

The Groen 143879 Door Gasket seals the space between a closed cabinet opening and its surrounding frame by compressing against the corresponding surface. The SSB-10 designation identifies the compatible equipment configuration for installation. It fits around the perimeter of the access opening, seated within a retaining channel so the edge contacts the cabinet structure. This sealing part is used in commercial steam cooking equipment with matching systems. During operation, the compressed profile closes gaps surrounding the chamber entrance, limiting unwanted air or moisture movement while the appliance completes its cycle.
