Description

The Henny Penny 14877 Temperature Probe is a kit for sensing thermal levels, designed to detect the temperature of cooking oil in commercial fryers that are compatible with it. The probe will continuously monitor the oil temperature and relay this data to the fryer’s control system. It allows the heating elements or burners to cycle as required for maintaining the setting at which frying has been programmed. This equipment is specifically designed for the 600 FPS series apparatus and is securely attached to the fryer tank to ensure constant contact with the cooking medium.
