The Hobart 00-102825-00003 Mixer-Grinder Switch Cover/Raceway Gasket is designed to maintain a seal between the inside and outside of electrical channels, keeping moisture and debris out of sensitive areas. The liquid is prevented from getting into the metal housing during normal machine operation by compression against the metal housing, and proper alignment is maintained across the wire track during the normal machine operation. This is installed directly around the switch junction box and wiring raceway and is mounted between the outside surface of the control panel and the inside frame of commercial food processing equipment.
