Description

The Hoshizaki SP-5586 Edge Evaporator Kit K is a replacement part that circulates the fluid in a series of coils to remove the heat in the air around it enabling ice to be formed properly. An inbuilt fan spreads the cooled air throughout the ice-making compartment and ensures that the temperature levels remain constant. This kit is made to install at the periphery of compatible snow producers and fits in the evaporator part of the system, which can be used to install or replace the icing parts without modifying the surrounding framework.
