Description

The Imperial 36245 Pasta Cooker Water Valve regulates liquid entry by opening an internal passage when its control mechanism is actuated. A sealing surface closes against the seat when shut, while the open position allows supply flow toward the vessel. The 3/4" valve fits within the inlet plumbing beneath the cooking chamber, joining incoming tubing with the fill connection. Its body remains fixed while the handle controls passage movement.
