The Lang 2T-30401-13 Fryer Hi Limit Fixed Temperature Thermostat is a febrility control appliance that stops electrical operation when the set heat limit is attained. The appliance is designed to detect excessive heat in the fryer warming system and set a fixed temperature cutoff at 450°F and will not continue to heat beyond the rated thermal level. It operates at 240 VAC. The thermostat is part of a fervor control circuit, which is in contact with the electrical warming elements of the fryer. It is a fixed temperature type, and has a pre-determined high febrility protection switching point.
