Description

The Montague 6156-5 Convection Oven Sensing Bulb Holder Capillary Tube transmits the pressure sensed by the bulb to the temperature control mechanism. This allows the control mechanism to respond to changes in thermal levels. Found next to the sensing bulb and linked with the control section, the tube is an integral element of the path through which temperature is sensed inside the oven. The holder keeps the bulb in place, while the capillary transmits the pressure changes to the control mechanism.
