Description

The Garland 1028197 Oven Burner Assembly Steel 20-1/2" combines gas with air and spreads the ignited gas mixture along the length to create a continuous flame when the control requires heat. The pattern of the flame that passes through the burner and ignites at the ports diverts the heat into the oven cavity to undergo cooking or baking cycles. It is either beneath the cooking surface of the oven or in the combustion chamber of compatible ovens, oriented with the gas manifold and fixed. when it gets warped, clogged, or unable to light or burn evenly during normal usage.
