Description

Perfect Fry 83378 Fryer Standard Keypad/Overlay with Ribbon Cable works on the principle of transmitting user input via a membrane-style keypad, which transmit electrical signals via the ribbon cable to execute the command. The overlay has circuits filled in by pressing programmed keys, enabling the controller to read the selection of cooking functions, timing, and system navigation when in operation. It is mounted on the front control panel of compatible units, mounted above the electronic interface space, and internally connected to the control board via the ribbon cable to provide integrated communication within the fryer.
