The Robot Coupe 28118 Food Processor Dicing Grid 8mm X 8mm CL50 works in conjunction with a slicing disc to produce even cubes. The vegetables or fruits are fed into the sharp metal lattice and the food is cut to a uniform size of 8mm x 8mm. This module fits into the inside processing chamber of compatible continuous feed lead models CL50. The stainless steel design provides a clean cut of potatoes, carrots or onions without tearing the produce. This attachment attaches to the discharge plate to ensure a proper discharge of ingredients during high-volume food production.
