The Robot Coupe 29882 Lid With Scraper Arm Assembly BX4 works by creating an airtight seal over the processing bowl as the built-in manual scraper arm rotates to push the ingredients on the sides of the processing bowl to the blades. This mechanical process provides uniform homogenization of contents without the requirement to have a complete machine shutdown to have the contents manually standardized. The component is designed to fit on top of compatible appliances and is designed to lock into the proper interlock system to permit high-speed operation.
