Description

The Robot Coupe 49166 Lower Serrated Blade Blixer 6 is used to chop, emulsify, and mix ingredients in the bowl by rotating at high speed. The serrated lower edge works in contact with the motor driven shaft to cut food evenly as it operates. It is attached to the bottom of the Blixer 6 bowl, directly to the drive assembly under the upper blade. Its form enables it to be in constant contact with ingredients and ensure the same movement during processing cycles.
