Description

The Market Forge S10-6156 Disposable Steam Trap is used to manage condensate in the system in commercial cooking equipment. Made with a 3/4" neck and 5/8" diameter, it allows accumulated moisture to be discharged while retaining live steam for efficient operation. It is commonly installed in steamers and kettles in foodservice settings, where consistent heat transfer is required in a part that can provide it.
