Description

The Salvajor 992013 Scrap Basket is a collection receptacle that is placed in a position that captures the food particles and solids prior to their entry into the wastewater system. It is positioned under the pre-rinse sink or at the dishwasher inlet and scraps are collected and held as the sink and conveyor cleaning processes occur, eliminating the possibility of clogging drains and ensuring a high level of sanitation. This basket can be used in foodservice facilities and wastewater management paths to provide a removable and accessible place of debris removal that facilitates system flow, and maintenance processes.
