Description

The Ultrafryer 29A045 Sludge Catcher Screen Filtration Fryer purifies the oil the sludge, food particles, and debris move through the filtration system. The screen is used to pass oil and retain solids which may accumulate and compromise the quality of the oil. It is fitted in the filtration body of compatible machines, in such a manner that it passes through the filtration body, catching the contaminants before the oils are pumped back into the fry pot. This is used as a replacement screen on the sludge catcher when the original gets clogged, torn, or damaged
