Description

The Lang LG2E41100-08 Oven Sensor Probe is used to monitor the temperature of the internal cavities by changing the electrical resistance with the change in the heat. This changing signal is sent to the control board by the 39" wire, and the heating elements are controlled to maintain the desired set point. The probe, which is 1/8" by 18", is simply inserted into the inside of the oven and is normally attached to the back or side wall where the airflow is most uniform.
