Description

The Ultrafryer 22703 Support Basket 13.25 Sq.in works by the internal platform, a steady frame that raises food items and inserts them over the heating elements. This part ensures that it is always in the same position in the oil vat to ensure that it spreads evenly in terms of warmth and free circulation throughout the cooking process. Its frame is firmly placed there to ensure that the part does not come in direct contact with the tank surface. It is a steel-framed part that is used in large commercial kitchens to provide structural stability.
