Description

The Henny Penny 14648 Fryer rmostat Control Kit regulates cooking temperature by opening or closing the heating circuit as the sensing element responds to heat. Turning the control changes the selected setting, while the sensing mechanism disconnects power when the set temperature is reached. Installed through the fryer control area, this assembly uses the included bezel, bracket, and stuffing box parts for mounting and shaft support. Its adjustable range spans 200°-400°F, with a 24" length and 3/8" size defining the specified configuration.
