The Pitco 60125402 Fryer RX Thermostat 200-375°F 3/8" X 5-5/8" Bulb 36" CAP Black Knob 2-1/4" DIA is a temperature control used in compatible commercial fryer equipment. It is installed in the fryer control assembly with the sensing bulb positioned to monitor oil temperature. As the temperature changes, the thermostat responds through its sensing mechanism and switches the heating circuit to regulate heat input. The connects the sensing bulb to the control body, while the knob allows the operating temperature to be selected.
