Description

The Alto-Shaam TT33626 Warmer Thermostat detects temperature differences through the attached bulb and communicates heat values through the capillary tube to manage the warmer control cycle. The system is activated by the temperature difference through the adjustment of the electrical circuit in accordance with the chosen temperature between 60°F and 200°F. It is inserted in the heating control unit with a 1/8" x 10" bulb with a 48" capillary connection for temperature detection.
