Description

The Globe U03051220004 Electric Fryer Thermal Cutout interrupts electrical current when excessive temperature develops within the heating circuit. Its temperature-sensitive mechanism opens the power path at a predetermined limit, stopping voltage from reaching the heating assembly until conditions return within the operating range. It is mounted within the control section of the electric fryer and the protective control connects directly to wiring associated with the heating circuit. The sensing element remains positioned to detect rising temperature during operation. This control is used in commercial frying equipment to interrupt heater power when internal temperature exceeds the defined operating threshold during cooking cycles.
