Description

The Uniworld UM60DJ Dough Hook spins inside the mixing machine jar to mix and knead heavy ingredients and create a uniform texture for baking. It is curved to draw dough from the sides of the bowl and stretches and folds during operation to provide proper mixing action. It fits into compatible 60-quart commercial appliance and is used to attach to the planetary mixing system for preparation in bakeries, restaurants and foodservice kitchens. The attachment is normally used for mixing pizza and bread dough and other dense products that need to be kneaded several times during the mixing process.
