Description

The Vollrath VOL700-4 8-Section Wedger is a countertop food cutting part designed for producing eight equal wedges from compatible fruits and vegetables. It makes it easier to prepare repetitive items that can be made uniform for garnishes, side dishes, salads, and beverage service. The produce is fed on the cutting platform, and the blade assembly moves through it to slice the produce into uniform portions in a single pass. It is often placed on prep tables or workstations to enhance consistency, speed, and efficiency when preparing food in commercial foodservice operations.
