Description

The Star Mfg WS-66551 KA Thermostat W/Auxiliary Switch 3/16" X 12" Bulb 96" Cap works by monitoring temperature through a fluid-filled sensing bulb and capillary assembly that actuates internal switching mechanisms in response to thermal changes. The used auxiliary switch provides an additional control operation allowing separate circuit operations to occur when designated temperature points are reached. Installed within compatible commercial cooking equipment, this parts is positioned in the temperature-control section where the sensing bulb extends into the monitored zone while the thermostat assembly interfaces with electrical connections control systems, and related system hardware.
