Middleby Marshall 7427 Temperature Probe

The Middleby Marshall 7427 Temperature Probe is a sensing component that detects heat levels within a controlled cooking chamber. It converts temperature changes into electrical resistance signals, that are transmitted to the control circuit for monitoring and regulation. This feedback allows adjustment of heating cycles, by tracking internal thermal conditions during continuous operation. Installed inside the heat zone of compatible equipment the probe remains in direct exposure to airflow, and radiant heat forming part of the Celsius monitoring system that supports consistent thermal control throughout processing cycles.
