Description

The Middleby Marshall M7427 RTD Temperature Probe Kit with Bracket is used for monitoring internal heat levels in compatible control systems. The RTD element changes electrical resistance in response to temperature variations sending continuous signals, to the control board for temperature tracking and adjustment. The attached bracket secures the probe in a fixed position within the heat-exposed zone, ensuring consistent airflow and thermal conditions. Installed inside the standard chamber the assembly supports stable temperature feedback throughout heating cycles, and repeated operational phases.
