Description

The Frymaster 806-0168 Dial Plate provides the marked reference surface around a control knob so the selected setting is identified during operation. Its printed or formed scale corresponds with the positions of the related control and allows the knob movement to be read against the plate. The dial plate is mounted on the control panel around the knob shaft of compatible equipment. It remains fixed while the knob rotates across the marked scale. As the control is adjusted, the pointer or knob position aligns with the markings on the plate to indicate the selected setting.
