Description

The Frymaster FM8060168 Thermostat Dial Plate provides the marked interface surrounding a temperature control on commercial cooking equipment. Its dial plate design positions the adjustment markings around the control shaft, allowing selected settings to be identified during operation. It is installed on the front control panel, it fits around the thermostat knob and aligns with the appliance’s mounting points. It is used in commercial systems where temperature adjustment requires a visible reference scale.
