The Frymaster 8100521 Igniter With Flame Sensor & Gasket produces a spark that starts the burner flame and detects whether ignition has occurred. The sensor monitors the flame area while the gasket closes the opening around the mounting point. Designed for natural gas service, this assembly installs beside the burner inside compatible commercial system equipment. Electrical wiring connects to the ignition section, while the sensing tip extends toward the combustion area. Positioned at the burner opening, the set operates with the control circuit to confirm flame presence after ignition starts during equipment operation.
