Description

The Frymaster 8261714 Igniter With Flame Sensor & Gasket starts the burner blaze and monitors whether ignition has occurred. When energized, the igniter creates the spark required to light natural gas, while the sensor detects the resulting flame and provides input to the control circuit. The gasket seals the mounting area around the ignition equipment to close the opening where it passes through the burner section. The set fits beside the burner assembly inside compatible frying equipment, with the sensing tip positioned in the flame zone. These parts operate together during the appliance ignition sequence and burner operation.
