Description

The Groen GR9027 Stem Valve directs fluid through connected equipment by changing the position of an internal unit. Turning the knob moves this stem opening or restricting the passage according to the position. The assembly is installed in the plumbing or control area of compatible commercial cooking equipment where the operating knob remains accessible. This 1-1/2" stainless steel frame contains the valve mechanism while the 10-24 threads provide the specified stem connection. A circular phenolic knob attaches to the stem for manual adjustment. Its position can be changed during equipment operation to control fluid movement through the connected line.
