The Randell RD85SAE10 Temperature Sensor Probe 48" Leads is a thermal sensing part designed to provide continuous heat feedback within commercial food preparation systems. It is placed at a point in which it checks temperatures inside the system and sends an electrical resistance signal to the control assembly. From this signal, the control module is capable of manipulating the heating circuit for any setting. This model is used in applications that need quick energy adjustment from anything to prolonged holding times and cooking.
