Description

The Rankin Delux RD85SAE-10 Temperature Sensor Probe 48" Leads is a sensing part that measures heat levels inside commercial food preparation and holding applications and converts those readings into an electrical signal for the control assembly. It is placed in heated areas in the appliances to sense its surroundings, such as when heaters should turn on or off. The temperature of the internal spaces is continually monitored by this part, sending this information back to the thermostat / electronic controller so that the correct and accurate cycles of the heating circuit within the appliance can occur, supporting equal conditions inside when cooking, warming, or keeping cooked food hot.
