Description

The Keating 2567 Coaxial Thermopile 36" generates electrical energy from the pilot flame to support operation of the gas control system in compatible commercial cooking equipment. It works by converting heat into a millivolt signal that is used to control propane valve activity, and maintain functioning during processes. This part is typically installed near the assembly inside fryers, griddles or other kitchen equipment where flame sensing and electrical signal generation are required. Designed for commercial foodservice applications the part works pilot assemblies, and gas valves to support monitored heating operation throughout routine activities.
