Description

The Berkel 387500138 Slicer Sharpener Slice Deflector is a guide that assists in the maintenance process of the blade in a commercial cutter. When operating, the deflector pushes loose particles or residue away from the surrounding mechanism, keeping the operating area free from particles or residue. It is mounted in the specified sharpener assembly in the vicinity of the slicer blade and other equipment. The component operates as a directional barrier to control material flow around the service area of the blade and allows it to ensure the correct positioning and operation of the associated parts during the routine equipment maintenance and blade care procedures.
