Description

The Berkel 4575-00107 Slicer Sharpener Slice Deflector is a guide part that moves sliced food away from the sharpening and cutting area. The shape of its surface guides the cut part out of the blade area and aids in controlling the discharge path during operation. The deflector is positioned in the area where it is discharged near the appliance blade and sharpener assembly. It is used in conjunction with the surrounding structure of the unit to direct slices away from the blade while providing clearance around the assembly.
