Description

The Groen 094144 Convection Steamer Door Latch Assembly holds the equipment door closed by engaging with its mating catch. A built-in spring pushes the latch into the receiving point and keeps the closure engaged until the handle is operated. Installed along the door edge inside compatible steam cooking equipment, the U-channel provides mounting support. The formed track guides the latch during opening and closing, while the spring returns it after release.
