Description

The Groen GR094144 Convection Steamer Door Latch Assembly With Spring keeps the access panel secured relative to its frame during operation. Spring tension holds the locking piece inside the mating catch until handle movement releases the connection. Mounted along the panel edge within compatible steam cooking equipment, the U-channel supports the attachment hardware. Its shaped path directs the locking section into position, while mounting points attach the support to the surrounding structure. Once released, stored tension moves the mechanism back toward its ready position for another closure cycle.
