Description

The Groen GRZ094144 Convection Steamer Door Latch Assembly With Spring secures the access panel by engaging a matching receiver. A coiled spring presses the locking piece into place until handle movement releases the connection. Mounted along the panel edge inside compatible steam cooking equipment, the U-channel supports the securing hardware. Its formed shape guides the locking part during closure, while mounting points connect the bracket to the surrounding frame. Once released, the mechanism returns toward its starting position, preparing the securing setup for another closure cycle during operation.
