Description

The Groen GR94144 Convection Steamer Door Latch Assembly With Spring secures the front panel by fitting into a compatible receiver. A coiled return force keeps the locking part engaged until the handle is moved to release it. Positioned along the panel edge inside compatible steam cooking equipment, the U-channel operates as the mounting support. Its formed shape directs the locking hardware into alignment during closure, while attachment points hold the bracket against the surrounding structure. After opening, the return force moves the attached part back into its prepared position for subsequent operation.
