Description

The Groen 94144 Convection Steamer Door Latch Assembly With Spring secures the access panel by engaging its mating catch. Internal spring tension keeps the secured part seated until handle movement releases it. Installed along the panel edge inside compatible steam cooking equipment, the U-channel provides support for the locking hardware. Its formed track guides the closure into position, while mounting points hold the structure against the surrounding frame. After release, spring force returns the mechanism to its starting position, preparing the securing arrangement for another closing cycle.
