Description

The Southbend SOU1163687 Gas Valve regulates fuel flow through a connected heating circuit. An internal valve mechanism changes the passage opening, controlling the amount of gas moving toward the burner section. The inlet and outlet provide a controlled route between the supply line and downstream heating assembly as the valve changes position. Installed within the fuel pathway, the mechanism manages gas movement through the connection and establishes the flow condition required by the heating circuit when fuel passes toward combustion.
