Description

The Southbend SOU4440410 Gas Valve regulates fuel transfer through a connected heating passage and controls the supply reaching the burner section. A movable internal closure changes the opening inside the valve structure and controls flow between the inlet and outlet connections. Fuel entering the housing follows the selected route toward the burner-side section as the closure shifts within the passage. The changing aperture determines the amount of fuel passing onward and coordinates supply through the connected line according to the heating circuit's current requirements during operation.
